So when I bought my s60 from Berwick volvo I was super exited to say the least. As part of this process I was trading in my older xc90. At the time of commitments to buy and trade, both the sales person and the owner were very professional. However after completing the purchase and in trying then to organise the trade in, they morphed into the most vile, disgusting and scammy individuals I have ever come across. The reason for me leaving this feedback is simple.....but a Volvo...just not from Berwick volvo. They cloned to be the newest volvo dealership and I will taking this further to golvo directly to express my disappointment. I would have loved to have told people how I bought my new car from Berwick volvo...I'm embarrassed for volvo dealerships all over because of them.
